Nope, ain't possible in CoH. Me and DeadKennyIsDead put alot of hours into it to see if it is possible. It is in someway possible, but it can only follow the path a normal unit can do. In other words, it can't fly over water, it can't fly over very thick forrested areas (which are also impossible for land units) and it can't fly over buildings.
