Game format, How is it going to be done?

I couldn't find the information im looking for, so im going to post. This is my first post, so i might easily have missed some crucial information. if so, im sorry.

Is MC going to have base buildings? where you produce units on the field, this is the method adopted by COH, and works nicely, however is is rather un-realistic.
Other mods have gone for a slightly more realistic approach, allowing you to create your company on the host website, and deploy it in battle, with the help of copious scar coding. This ends up being slightly more like the "Total war" format, where armies are pre-designed before the engagement begins, it also allows for a element of persistancy to be implemented.

what i mean by this is, that you own a company of for example, 5 gi's.

these 5 gi's go to battle, 3 die, the other 2 kill 3 gi's each, when the battle it over, you retain the 2 surviving gi's and they keep and experience they gained through that battle, you then replenish your company back to what ever limit imposed there is, this can be managed by a TAV( total army value system) or a resource system, or a combination of both.

anyways, just an idea.
this has been included in various modification of coh, most prominent being.
Europe in ruins.

We have gone the base buildings route yes with no persistant gaming... tis a nice idea though might have to try that mod out some time

At this time it will require OF, that might be changed in the future to require either, but thats only a possibility.
